Axin Financial Services Inc ripoff, Non-Cancellable Lease Irvine California

I have reported this operation to the Attorney General, State of Illinois, Consumer Fraud Division and they are anxious for other victims in the State of Illinois to come forward and assist them in ridding the state of Axin and their band of associates; Innovative Merchant Solutions and National Grants Conference.

When we signed up with Axin, they told us they were out of copies of the lease and would mail it to us. They never did, so it was not possible to take it to a lawyer and have the lease checked, thereby having an opportunity to cancel in three days. The AG of Illinois knew that was a red letter right there. They also charge a yearly fee for a contract that runs 39 months. Why do they have to charge such a fee?

The AG said it is more money for them. There is no admistrative reason to need such a fee. They also introduced a Gateway fee, whatever that is; Again, the AG said more money for them with no increase in service.

In the letter to us from Axin, the warm and caring people there wrote, "I cannot understand why you expect that you can cancel this lease." Well, they are not doing anything for me, so why do I need to pay these bloodsuckers any money? The AG agrees with me.

Please contact the AG in Illinois, even if you are outside the state, let them know. Lawsuits are waiting!
