AXSYS - FINGERHUT ripoff, helped ruin credit report Saint CLOUD Minnesota

I was a GOOD CUSTOMER with this company for 15 years.
Then they issued me a credit card through their said company without my consent. I called them numarous times , and told them I did not ORDER this card, or SIGN any agreement to use their card.

I ask them to take my name off of their RECORDS, and that with me not ORDERING, USING, or SIGNING this card, I would not pay for something I did not order. They wanted to charge me fees for having this card in my name, and I refused, telling them if they did not cancel this account, I would have my lawyer contact them.
They quit sending me information on a bill after that, but now I find they are on my credit report helping ruin my report.
