Axum Media Group Adam Ben-Evi (CEO) Never paid for job, cut off all contact with me when trying to collect. Altamonte Springs, Florida

Was contacted by Adam Ben-Evi of Axum Media Group, CEO, partners with David Winterrose. Was asked to do a rush job, I provided a sample, when I did so he accepted the sample and asked me to keep working on it. After a few revisions back and forth, he accepted the work and told me he needed it in the morning and he was going to pay me. I told him to pay me before handing in the work.
 
The next day he never contacted me, I sent an invoice and let him know I did. He said "Ok, I'll do that right now." However the day passed by and got no answer. The next day I sent an email, called his cell, and his office, all which received no answer. So by the third day I contacted his partner, his partner assured me I was going to receive payment even though they didn't need the work I did for them. (Regardless of whether they were going to use my work or not I still spend hours on it and I charge for my time.)

Adam finally called and gave me an excuse and told me he was going to pay me that evening. No surprise he never did. Another 2 days passed by and no contact from either party, and no answer to either email or phone.
 
These people will rip you off, they have several designers working at the same time and whomever design they like the best is who they will pay, regardless if they tell you that you have the job and they want you to design something for them, they will not pay for your time.
