Ayyoub Zomot and Eyman Zomot AZ Craftsman inc Took money and never finished the job! Egyptian Thief!! Clearwater Florida

 Gave the guy the job to remodel my condo, agreed on the price and he asked for half as money down and the rest when he is done. After 2 weeks he was asking for $800 more to cover his immigration lawyers costs. Few days later he is asking again for some money and the reason was he was loosing his truck, unfortunately I did not give him more. Went to check what he has done in the unit but not much was done, whenever I called him he would tell me "trust me, I will finish for you" but that was just a big nothing.. He hired a kid to install the laminate and the kid did a horrible job and I told him not to hire kids anymore. He tried installing tiles in the bathroom but I had to take everything down. One day I came to check on him and the living room was smelling like beer. Called him but no answer. Few days later he responds "meet me at the condo" so I go and he started crying and hugging me, apologizing and telling me more stories how he does not have money to feed his kids and has problems with wife and if I could give him at least $500 more. My mistake I felt bad and gave him $500. He took the money and didn't show up for a week again. I started to think he may be a drunk and called and called over again and he told me not to call him so many times that he will finish what he started. I was already overpaying him so I did expect him to finish. Then he asked me to give some cash to the kid since he can't find anyone to help him (kid who he hired). I told him that wasn't my responsibility and the kid started to text me asking for $1000 and how "Andrew" promised him and he can't find him to take money from him. The tiles he left chipped, covered with grout.. A lot of things he tried to fix did not do it successfully. The job was supposed to be finished in 30 days and it has been over 90 days now and still nothing, now he tells me to take him to court but that is not possible since I didn't have written contract and I found out his business cards he goes by are not good anymore since he had immigration problems and closed the business down and now works for cash.. He probably did it to many people and I hope he pays for it! Always some new excuses.. "My wife is not a good person, trust me." "My kids are bad, all they do is ask for more" "Trust me when I tell you" "Believe me, I finish for you" "My wife didn't visit me in hospital when I had a stroke" "They took my truck because I owe them money (1981 beat up truck)" Always someone else to blame for..
