AZ-Radiology AZ Radiology and Bad Billy Practices Apache Junction Arizona

I have resently had some health issue and had to have 3 or 4 MRIs and a PET Scan. I have used AZ-Tech Radiology is the past and have not had an issue. So I scheduled all of my testing with them. I have recieves bill and have paided them promptly. Then I recieved a bill that stated final notice before collections. I was shocked and didn't understand why I as recieving this late notice bill. I had all intention of paying but didn't want to recieve another late notice bill. So I called the 800 number on the bill to see if someone could help me understand why I hadn't recived a bill earlier. The women on the phone was terrible and totally disrespectful. She was so rude to me ,(where is costomer service). When I asked to speak to a supervisor she would not let me. She would not give me her surpervisor name nor hers. I have not experance any thing like it. I will not be using this company again.
