Azuma Leasing took money a year later and it's not even my account Austin Texas

Well here is my story folks,

Azuma leasing decided this past November to take $300 out of my account using the number to my debit card, what makes this so horribly disgusting is that the account with Azuma is not even in my name.
..thats right, I paid a bill for someone and since they had my debt card number they kept it and used it a year later to steal money. Don't think for a moment that calling them will help, they told me that they had every right to use my card and there was nothing I could do, asking to be transferred to management I was hung up on numerous times.

Even after filing a fraudlent complaint with my bank I will never see this money because the bank said it was my burden to prove it (thanks Bank of America!)..I ask how can a person do anything when the company itself is blatanty making it impossible to even have a phone conversation because they will hang up on you?
...I wonder does Mr David Newberger the CEO of this company agree with these tatics and this is standard buisness pratice for his company?
