We used B & B on a job. They provided an estimate. This job became a nightmare the moment B&B arrived.
They did not send the equipment we ordered. they upgraded the equiptment for their convienence and charged
me for the additional equipment, man hours and service without my approval.
They charged me for men that were not even on the job site. They took 10 hours longer than necessary because of the larger equipment. They sent men to other jobs and charged me for their time. They lied to me every step of the way
They exceeded their estiamte by 90%, They provided larger equipment for their convienence and charged
me for it. They double billed several items. Charged hours not worked, charged for workers they sent
to another job site not mine. sent and charged for 4 riggers when I only ask for 2
It is our opinion that you should not do business with this company. The do not stand by their word or their written estimates. They will cheat you just as they did me.
