This company uses phone solicitations to trick people into approving an online listing for a business. What they do is collect name and addresses of business from a phone book. When they call the business, they ask if the business would like to have "information" about advertising on their website. If you say yes, they will call back later with a "confirmation call" and record your approval.

After all of this, they proceed to send an invoice for over $400 dollars for an "online ad" that is basically the equivalent to a phone book listing. The website doesn't even have a legitimate search engine to search for businesses. DO NOT approve them sending anything to your company or they will continue to bill you illegitimately.
