I purchased an Acer Aspire AX3400 2 weeks ago (10-03-10).  Today, I see the same

computer advertised for $200 less than I paid. I called B & H -- they refused to match
price, lower price -- they refused to do anything.  To make things even worse--they
told me that my computer (all of 1 week after it arrived) was discontinued.
Avoid this lousy dealer----lousy service & lousy prices--Avoid them like the plague!!!

We regret this customer's dissatisfaction. We rarely match prices with other retailers after a sale has been concluded. In this instance, the other retailer was one whose rank in www.resellerratings.com was substantially below ours. We never match prices with retailers whose legitimacy is dubious at best. In fact the model purchased from us has vanished from that competitor's site so apparently it's no longer available there either.
