If you are looking through the phonebook, skip over B & M Heating Cooling and Plumbing. There are much better qualified contractors to do business with than these morons. Notice there are NO websites boasting their business. Go ahead do a google search. A reputable business would have some type of website or better referrals than word of mouth. You do get what you pay for, but these people deliver less than what you expect. If you have low expections and can live with finger pointing, and low level craftmanship then go with this bunch. You were warned.

First of all the family is a bunch of liars and do not know much about proper installation of air conditioners. They were suppose to install some new air conditioners on our roof in the condo complex and caught the roof on fire. Then they tried to blame it on other people that were working on the job site.

The fat slob woman Iona Montfort is a thief by paying cash, which is not traceable, to help benefit her daughter-in-law and her mom's lawsuit that they are involved in. Ask the lawyers, why they were paid cash for legal services. Because they do not want any records of lawsuits. I am sure the IRS would love to talk with these two thieves.

All in all I would definitely stay clear of the Montfort family, unless you like thieves and liars for your contractor. The Montforts are very deceptive people, they have listed three differnet addresses for their business. Anything from 2662 Ferry in Detroit, 5501 Grandy in Detroit, and 2218 Farnsworth in Lapeer. Why all different addresses probably to avoid any further lawsuits and the IRs cannot track them as easily. Always avoiding the law and paying their taxes probably.
