 I ordered parts for my Honda Goldwing on 8.10.13.  I was trold to expect shipment within 10 to 12 days. 4 days later, I got an email message from SARAH that they needed to know my VIN number and if it was in a collision. I answered. Heard nothing back.

I noticed that Babbitt's Online had billed my credit card the day of the transaction last night, 8-19. I thought, that's not right. Reputable companies bill when the item is shipped. So, it must have shipped.  

Now, 10 days later, they sent me an email saying my VIN is not valid with Honda. I sent the VIN again. I called SARAH's number she sent to me.

Guess what? It's not a valid number anymore. I called the credit card company and started an issue with them over this transaction which they have no problem disputing.

I sent Babbitt's a email cancelling the transaction.  I'll call Babbitt's tomorrow and see what kind of excuses they give me when I want to cancel the transaction. 



I called at 0910 this morning to Babbitt's.  I talked to 4 people there. The last finally said that she would cancel the order and refund my money.

They were not very happy.  They wanted to know why I would want to cancel. I told them they could not deliver to me as promised and that I didn't want the product. They kept arguing that they placed the order and couldn't cancel it.

When I said they couldn't deliver as promised, Taylor stated that she would call Honda and get a date. I said if you can call Honda and get a delivery date, then cancel the order while you have Honda on the phone.  I

I told them I had notified my bank and would file a dispute depending on what they did. We shall see if I get my money back. Babbitt's Online IMMEDIATELY charged my account when I placed the order.  That is a BIG RED FLAG that the business will probably screw you.

Reputable businesses charge when they ship the product. .

I always expect the worse. I'm willing to bet that they will probably rip me off or send me something that I didn't order and expect me to pay.
