Babyage.com ripoff dishonest ignorant and lying customer service and mangement Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania

I order a Jenny Lind Rocker in oak from this company. I also called the company after I ordered the rocker to verify all my information.

The rocker was a shower gift and they told me I would get the rocker way before the shower. Well, I nerver did. I waited a month. And I kept on calling.

Then the last time I called I talked to Kerry (customer rep) and she insisted I did not oreder the rocker in oak but I oredered it in cherry wood.

I said no I ordered it in oak. She said no it was Cherry. This went back and forth until I could not stand it anymore and I sent her the conformation that said it was oak.

She still insisted I did something wrong on my end and that I would be receiving the rocker in cherry because that is what I ordered and that I could not cancel it, even though I sent her the conformation email that said I ordered it in oak.

I was getting very irritated with her. Then when I said no I do not want the rocker and could I talk to someone else(she did something that I never had a company do no matter who I dealed with in my lifetime) she hung up on me.

When I called back and asked for the supervisor and I talked to her she said that Kerry said I cursed at her and that is why she hung up on me.

I was so appalled that she lied and the supervisor was actually reaming me out for cursing at her because I will admit I was upset, but I never cursed at her.

I will never deal with this company again. Their company needs a lot ot be desired.

I urge you, do not ever deal with this company.
