terrible customer service

PriveCo's customer service is the rudest I have ever experienced, they talk down to unsatisfied customers. Even In the owners rebuttal here,  he tries to make the customer look stupid by expressing that they don't have 24 hour customer service in order to make the customer seem unreasonable. I am in the process of dealing with then right now, I wish their sight had a way of leaving feedback so future customers knew what to expect

Called Tom for my refund and sent the package through work.  Then he tried to threaten me about how other people send packages through work and had gotten fired.  He was really shaddy and I hope the $6.00 you denied to refund me was worth it.  Such poor customer service and would never buy anything from this company again.

In response to your rebuttal, Tom, your company has provided terrible customer service and scam/hoax-like behaviour and your explanation is a pitiful attempt to rectify your wrongdoings.  I have made a purchase myself at Bachelorette.com and when I hadn't received any feedback or my package by 2 weeks, I began to make my enquiries.  It has now been a month and guess what?  No response whatsoever.

It does not matter what hours your Customer Service operates, we as customers are willing to call within your business hours.  The problem here is that you do not bother to respond to messages or even emails. However busy your inadequate Customer Service department is, a fortnight should be adequate time to give some sort of response, if only to say 'Your feedback has been received, someone will be reply to your shortly'. 

Your company is clearly a scam and I would be glad to warn anyone I know not to ever step near PriveCo and I have reported you to my Bank as a scammer.  I hope your company goes bankrupt.

Hi, This is Tom from PriveCo Inc..  I'm sorry to hear about your trouble and I can do everything possible to fix it.  

I apologize that we don't have 24 hours customer service, but our company isn't large enough.  We do have someone here from 9-5 Monday through friday to answer the phones.  I apologize if this isn't enough.  Even though we are the largest company in the bachelorette party business, we just aren't that big.  In fact, other websites in our industry don't even list a phone number at all, they only offer contact via e-mail.  So, we are a step ahead of our competitors in this regard.  

I welcome you (or anyone else reading this) to give us a call at 1-800-809-0610 or to write to us directly at comments@bachelorette.com for customer service.  If you want to ask for me directly, I'll be happy to speak to you if I'm available, which isn't too often.  You can e-mail me though at tom@priveco.com, but the response will be slower than using the customer service e-mail.  


Again, I'm sorry about the trouble.

Im from Australia, put trust in these bastards and received nothing but them taking my good AU dollar!

ive tried to contact them but have had no response via email, i have left telephone messages and still nothing!

I dont know what to do im on the otherside of the world!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
