This is the worst online storage company ever. I was with them for 3 years and they completely wiped out 8 years worth of collecting music, college papers, research, family photos, screenplays, poems, awards from universities, ebooks, and basically everything. You get the point!
CEO Gleb Budman is a total d****e bag and totally unapolegtic in his stance. He let his customer service team have an ex-girlfriend of mine call to close out the account. She just wanted her billing info taken off the account, not the whole account deleted. She paid $15 in the course of 45 days and I paid $230 over the three years I was with them. It is really unbelievable that something like this could happen. They allowed a non-family member access to my account and completely destroyed my data. They didn't even offer to refund any of the money.
I will never do business with BackBlaze again and I am taking them to court.
