nationwide company national casualty company false checks and false information. forgrey scottsdale, Arizona

 june ,4,2008  got into a tractor trailer accident. I got a lawyer to represent me in the accident. The lawyer forged my name.I call  national casualty company to let them no and no one would talk to me.I got a letter saying  they had a lawyer.  I call  their lawyer  to let them no that my lawyer forged my name on the  settement  checks. I ask them for copys of the checks. I never got them. The state bar gave me a copy. The copy you can't see it.  I call ncc lawyer for a clear  copy. The lawyer sent it. That copy was clear but the check number was  difference from  the check number that the state bar sent.  I had 3 deposition and 1 mediation.  I'am having another deposition 1-18-2018.   This ncc will not give me no  information. I told them about  the  two difference check number and they are  saying  it is the tracking number now.  They  just keep telling lies. Mrs. debbie a. miller was not nice.
