Received a check stating that I was selected to received a grant. $965.33 - said to cash and send a Greendot money envelope mailer to with $407.00 commission. Then the larger check would be sent to me in the amount of $9,034.67. The check came with my bank name on it and my name and address. I seriously considered taking the so called grant but decided to check it out first.

Of course I see that I am not the only one who received this.  I was almost scammed!

I still have the check if anyone deciding to action needs to see it.
