Badass Paint Company Cheated out of my full payment. Product never delivered. internet

 in life  there are complainers . you order a sandwich in Dennys. Hey is not spicy enough. hey its not hot enough . hey its too hot . hey its cold . hey its not got ketchup. hey its just that the waitress has  a green dress and you dont like green and u gonna give her a hard time  cuz u dont like the color green . cant we all just get along ???? life is short people in a few years were out of here . 

Bad a*s Paint Company or someone representing themselves as being part of this company filed a rip off report against Bill Waldron and the company he works for.  This is an industrial construction company that never did business with Bad A** Paint Company......that is a foolish statement.... Bad A** Paint does operate power plants or refineries or do military work.  The attitude displayed in their false rip off report is exactly the reason this report was filed in the first place.....abuse to their customers instead of simply filling an order or issuing a refund. Who would ever want to go thru this hassle for a $35 order?

As an individual, (not as the representative of Rocky Mountain Group), Bill Waldron, an avid motorcycle enthusiast, placed a simple $35 (that is Thirty Five Dollars!) order with Bad A** Paint Company for 2 bottles of motorcycle wax and paid for it with Pay Pal thru their website.

Pay Pal allows 45 days to file a complaint. 50 days went by and no product..... Mr. Waldron waited too long to complain to Pay Pal, giving this company the benefit of a doubt.

Mr. Waldron got multiple excuses from Bad A**Paint company for non delivery. After nearly 2 months with no product and no refund, along with multiple documented insults from Bad A** Paint company, Mr.Waldron filed a report on Rip Off report.

Mr. Waldron also filed a police report with the Hawthorne California police department and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department because of the additional content in their reply emails which cannot be published on Rip Off Report due to Rip Off Report policies.  Both departments have those emails on file. 

Keep in mind, this was all the result of a $35 order to their company. They should have put as much effort into filling the order or refunding the money as they did in all else. Mr. Waldron's Pay Pal credit card money was immediately paid to them but it took two months and a complaint to Pay Pal and Rip Off report to finally get them to ship "something".

If anyone reads the report against Bad a*s Paint Company, they will find they claim they shipped the product USPS next day air. They made the mistake of furnishing a USPS tracking number in their public rebuttal. That number will verify that the box they shipped was sent after Mr. Waldron's complaint to the rip off report and it was not shipped next day air.This was approximately 60 days after they got paid. Bad A** Paint supplies USPS tracking number to Rip Off Report to counter my report. Tracking that shipping number will show product was not shipped until 2/25/2012. This was AFTER I filed the Rip Off report. They (Bad A** Paint Company) also stated in Rip Off report that the product was shipped next day air. This is also false as verified by the tracking number. Rip Off Report got their attention. My past contact history with Bad A** Paint can be documented to prove I contacted them less than once a week in regards to when the product would be shipped until my 45 days ran out with Pay Pal. Nearly all their emails were personally insulting while I remained completely professional and businesslike.

2/24/2012, I received this email from Mick at Bad A** Paint Company, quote "B WALDRON IS A SNIVELING XXXXX WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER EITHER"

2/24/2012, 6:31 PM I received this email threat from  Mick at Bad A** Paint company, quote  "look here if i was in your town youd have got good XXXwhopping  from me.

I received other emails from Bad A** Paint which contain wording not allowed to be printed in the Rip Off Report. If they could not deliver, it would have been very simple to issue a credit but that is not the way they operate.

I received a threat of physical harm from Bad a*s Paint Company which I forwarded to the Hawthorne, California Police Department and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. A good friend with the FBI recommended that I file a formal complaint thru the FBI as this threat would fall under federal jurisdiction as well.

Episode Three of my bad experience from Bad a*s Paint Company

Posted on rip off report by Bad a*s Paint....Bad a*s Paint Company claims that after nearly two months of waiting, my complaining to Pay Pal, and my filing the rip off report that they had shipped the product and gave the USPS tracking number.  Anyone can go online and check this number to verify if and when a product was shipped.  I did.....turns out they shipped it after I filed the Rip Off Report and several follow ups...check the date on the tracking info they furnished...they had not shipped it prior until pressure was brought to bear by the rip off report I posted.  A second name comes up with Bad a*s Paint company Jimmy-COMPTON (USA)

2/25/2012          Bad a*s Paint company posted on Rip Off Report & gave a USPS tracking number saying they had shipped (the product I paid for) from Mick Cassidy Bad a*s Paint Sat 2/25/2012 12

Their statement........."if i did not ship it ? then how come there is a tracking #
0311 XXXXXXXXXX usps who is the liar?  miss Waldon / waldron"

And once again the normal childish attempt at insults referring to me (a guy) as Miss Waldron...there remains a pattern here for an unprofessional vendor. Some folks never learn.  Here is the download giving tracking info from the USPS website....anyone can verify the late date for shipping....we will not accept delivery as we would expect more childish pranks to be associated with what they send, (once they found a box after two months).

2/25/2012     12:41AM email I received from Mick Cassidy Bad a*s Paint Company, quote  "look here you are a b***h 100% see u reporting me to ripoff report  to bad  ill have it removed in a few days  w***e !!!"

2/25/2012   4:46PM  On advice from a friend with the FBI, I filed a police report with the Hawthorne Police Department and the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department. The FBI Agent related that they had threatened bodily harm and have now broken the law. Additional possible charges can be brought as federal airwaves and interstate communication media was used to relay the threat. This company does not even publish the address for their place of business but the cell phone number is tracked to that location in California. All emails and contact of any kind from this company are being stored for the use of law enforcement agencies.

Once again, thank you to Ripoff Report in providing a media to make others aware of what is out there.  Who would ever want to do business or deal with a company that operates like this?

Their response is an outright lie and I have the email history to prove it. You can tell much about this company where they try to insult me by addressing me (a guy) as "Miss Waldron".  That is how they operate. If you examine the other ripoff report, you will find they ripped another customer off by giving excuses until the time runs out on Pay PAl and Ebay. I have received nothing from this company and it is now 50 days later. Their comment that I emailed 15 times a day is a lie....try once a week at most, which is very reasonable......here is the email log....

1/6/2012 I ordered the product thru Pay PAL from their active website and paid for it

1/14/2012, I received an email from Mick at Bad a*s Paint ..quote " you  sent a payment for some bottles of wax how many bottles did you order  ??? (It was right on the Pay Pal receipt and order form....they apparently did not look at the order, even though they are a PAyPal merchant)

1/25/2012, I sent them an email requesting the status of the shipment

1/30/2012, I received an email from Mick at Bad a*s Paint...quote "Bill  were making 5 gallons of the stuff  as we speak  i normally do not sell it any more ill be finished with the batch wednesday get it poured  into bottles  an off to you by friday"    (Friday would have been February 3, 2012.)

I waited another week, trusting that they would keep their word.....but they did not keep the commitment.....so

2/15/2012  I emailed them, remaining very courteous..quote "Re: Hi mick....did your company send the two bottles of wax I paid for a month ago..if not how about a pay pal refund...when you painted my tank several years ago it came with the wax...a superior product..thx in advance"

2/22/2012, I received an email from Mick at Bad a*s Paint, quote "we do not sell the wax any more it was removed from our website over a year ago it is ready here we have to find a box to ship it like i said its not for sale any more for this reason were super busy it will ship when we have time sorry for the inconvenience"

Now, 45 days+ later, they give the excuse that they have to find a box to ship it and will ship it when they find the time......this is now fifty days after being paid.....

2/23/2012, I got tired of the excuses and filed a protest for a refund with PayPal...turns out I missed the deadline by several days....my mistake.

2/24/2012, After I filed the protest, I got this email from Mick at BAd a*s Paint Company(now going past 50 days with no product or refund), quote " do you want the wax ? if so it is boxed and will ship tomorrow you need to withdraw your complaint with pay pal . we DONT SELL THIS AND WE MADE SOME FOR YOU IF YOU WANT TO BE A SNIVELLING B**CH BE OUR GUEST its not appreciated there is no intention to cheat or defraud were super busy and dont go to the post office to mail a botte of wax this was removed from out web page two years ago refresh your browser if you file and follow through with the complaint please never contact us ever again for any thing ever , your call

Now the name calling and insults come from Mick at Bad a*s Paint company....still no product or refund......more time spent with insults than simply issuing a refund or shipping the product that was ordered from a current website. )

2/24/2012 I responded, remaining courteous and professional, quote "Too late to think about sending wax now. I ordered the wax you advertised on an active website that processed my order via pay pal payment and your company accepted the payment..check your webmaster..pay pal allows 45 days to protest if a product is not delivered. I waited 44 days.......right to the limit... That was sufficient. You promised shipment two weeks ago..I still have the email......you still have not shipped..... proof is in performance. No to the wax.....too late now. When your company painted my harley tank several years ago it came back with an entirely different scheme I did not order...I should have sent it back but rolled with the flow..my mistake. I also had to pay the local harley dealer $165 to clean out my tank and fuel system because your company did not properly flush it. Your unprofessional comments while hiding behind your computer will be forwarded to Pay Pal as part of the complaint....sorry....no product from you equals no payment from me and non performance brings bad reviews"

2/24/2012, I sent this email to this company, with no name calling or juvenile behavior, quote "Turns out I waited too long to protest no product on PayPalgiving you the benefit of a doubt.my mistake again for being courteous and expecting better from your company.  Here is the address for the refund of $35.90.  Since you chose to cheat me out of the money and do the name calling because you could not deliver in fifty days or simply refund me my money, I will not let this go until I do receive the refund. No refund will confirm you are a cheat and a thief as is the case so far."

Because of the non performance of this company and the name calling insults that go nowhere with me, I elected to file a report on the Rip Off Report to save others the same experience of being cheated. I am very lucky that it was a small dollar amount. The price I paid for the fuel tank painting was more than a thousand dollars. I never should have accepted what they sent. The other complaint on Rip Off report from another individual is about a fuel tank but does not list how much he was cheated out of.

Thank you for allowing this forum to help keep others to from having the same experience, loss of funds, and waste of time that I experienced with Bad A** Paint Company.

miss waldrons request for the wax was unusual . we removed it from our website in 2009 .we only give this as complimentary gifts to customers Miss Waldron was a trouble some customer  calling and emialing 10-15 times a  day .  Miss Waldron got samples of this and found it to be the best ( as it is) and told her we will make some but it will take about a month . yes it took a bit longer but we shipped 3 times the amount ordered at no charge NEXT DAY AIR  to her and tried all means necessary  to please her but you have to understand we did our best and never is our intention to cheat any body .
