Ordered a couple products from BadMonkey botanical. Paid for upgraded shipping. Nothing showed up. No communications from Bad Monkey. Multiple emails sent and phone call placed on the course of 2 weeks, no answers from anybody. Waited... finally received 1 email saying sorry we will ship. Never received anything.... I had to chargeback with my credit card to get my money back.

Unfortunatly I guess...they chose there business name to match there business pratice? Do not waste your time ordering with them.

I find it hard to believe that this report is real. I've had so many good experiences with these guys! Customer support is always in contact when I need them, and if you need help figuring out which ones to use together they are so super helpful and knowledgable. Seeing these type of reports for this awesome business makes me both sad and angry enough to post a comment! I hope anyone who reads the OP comment does not take this as an indication of any future contact with Badmonkey Botanicals!

Badmonkey Botanicals, keep up the good work and I hope you guys are around forever! I never want to leave!
