i WAS RIPPED OFF BUY THIS COMPNAY BACK IN DECEMBER OF 2007. i HAD NEVER ORDERED A REPLICA BAG BEFORE. This was my first. I didn't do any research before I purchased as the site looked very legit. I took a chance,ordered 3 bags. Recieved to bags. One was the gucci Indy which was a medium and I ordered and payed for a large. The other one jimmy choo mahala was cool for the first few times I carried it. Now its folling apart. Yeah I no I shouldn't purchase replicas but I did. The customer service before the deal was GREAT. Afterwards...didnt return my call....Emails were nasty..I mean nasty! She had no remorse. What funny is 2 months later the sent me all these emails saying they were under "new management" and was trying to resolve most issues consumers had...Yeah right I still paid over 800 bucks for 3 bags recieved 2 one was incorrect and the other was not of good quality not to mention the one I never recieved....I would not have even reported them had I not come to this site to look up the online store I am about to purchase from. I recently got rid of all the nasty emails...I wish I hadn't..Oh well I do have this (only to prove I was a customer)..Im sure they rmrmber my situation because I just stopped emailing them recently.

BAG BINGE IS A RIP OFF!!!!

Like I said before I ordered 3 bags!!! All that crap you put on here was all wrong and you know it!!!

Also I called right after I got my order THE SAME DAY TO BE EXACT!!!!!!
NOT GONNA TELL MY STORY ALL OVER AGAIN,JUST BE WARNED GUYS.
BY THE WAY I WAS A CUSTOMER AND NOT SOME EMPLOYEE NOR COMPETITION
IM SIMPLY SOMEONE WHO WAS RIPPED OFF AND WANT TO WARN OTHERS.
I JUST FEEL THAT IF YOU DON'T KNOW A COMPANY DON'T BUY FROM IT!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (ONCE I WAS TRYING TO TRADE BAG FOR THE ONE I ACTUALLY ORDER) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!!! THAT LADY WAS NASTY VIA EMAIL TELLING ME (THOUGH MEASURMENTS WERE WRONG) I COULDN'T TRADE IT. IT WAS A SAD SITUATION AND I BELIEVE IT'S STILL UNDER THE SAME MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THIS PERSON SEEMS NASTY AND ACTS AS A CON!!!!!
HEY THAT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AGO SO IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT ANYMORE.
IT'S OVER...WHAT'S DONE IS DONE!!!

Hi, In response to this person't "complaint" she is a total liar. She ordered and paid for only 1 bag, which she received. I guess she figured her story would sound better if she lied about it. She received her bag in December and decided she wanted to exchange it many months later? Come on now. We do read and research each of these so-called complaints to try to resolve them. We obtained the company in February 2008, and are doing our best to fix any issues. When someone lies, such as this person has, we will defend our company!

I also filed a ripoff report but received my order with free upgraded shipping. The bags were gorgeous, packed with all the bells and whistles. Terri was great although I changed my order 3 times, a very large order I might add. I was referred to this company and will gladly purchase from them again! I believe a lot of these reports are from the competition. The others I have read were rebutted with tracking information and proof that no scam occured.

You can avoid being scammed by using a credit card for your order, that way you are protected.

OOHHH lol...I guess I should have used spell check...By the way that above was 3 different emails sent to me. I didn't space them out to well.Like I said before I wish I had saved all the nasty ones. She basically let me know that I wasn't getting an exchange and wouldn't give me the return shipment info...As for the other bag that I paid 250.00 for ya know the one I never received...

Oh well the rest is history...word to the wise...Hey I learned from my mistakes.I mean life shouldn't have to be this way. We all know we live in a crazy world. So we have to protect each other however we can so maybe this will help some else. Im sure shes gonna reply all crazy...how do I know? Because me and this lady have been back and forth and forth and back..lol..via email. So ms. bagbinge when you read this just know Im only trying to protect these innocent people so they dont have to go through what I went through. I've prayed about this situation so I am not gonna get indignent with her after she reply. Have a blessed day
