MyAccesstoCredit, MyAccess Thieving Naples Florida

I signed up for a payday loan with Payday Loan yes. Upon confirmation of this loan I got a debit in my account for Myaccess for 149.00. I have since received another debit for 19.95 which is throwing my bank account into overdrawn. I was totally unaware of this.

They told me that filled out an application for this service when the only application I filled out was for the loan with paydayloanyes. I definitely would not have agreed to having my bank account debited for $149.00 if I was aware of this.

I don't know how the better business bureau (or does that even exist any longer) or the government is not regulating these practices.

This has got to stop before other folks get seriously hurt by this. Not only have these charges come out of my account, but they also cost me overdraft charges.

Other charges coming out of my accut is for 6.98 for paydlcs.com who I don't even know who they are and how to stop that also.
