I ordered $70 worth of medication from this company. They promptly cashed my e-check and then one month later indicated they had shipped my order. It is now another month later with no medication. They do not respond to email or phone calls. Fraudulant pharmacy website that takes advantage of consumers in need of medication.

Cusotmer has recieved orginal order shipment.

The customer has received the order as ordered as well as a refund we are waiting to see if she will pay for her order or send it back unopened to us.  We are not a scam site and do not rip off customers. 

The order was shipped in Sept and finally arrived at the customers address on Nov 15 we apologize about the delay we wish it would not happen but we cannot control the postal services when ordering from an international source that ships by mail the customer needs to realize that rarley orders can take along time to reach them usually it is 10-21 days but sometimes it takes longer.

Like we stated on our earlier rebuttal we had issued a refund and the customer has recieved it we would have hoped they would have refused delivery of the package so it could be shipped back to us. We will wait to see if they will pay for the order or ship back to us.

We issued a refund and the customer has received the refund.

The order was shipped registered mail with a registered mail number of rm058204515mx

We have filed a claim with Correos de Mexico and hope to resolve. 
The customer wanted a refund and we provided and she recieved the refund on Nov 8th

We are sorry that sometimes we take awhile to respond but usually the packages arrive within 10-21 business days as stated on our website but sometimes they can take 6 weeks to 8 weeks its just the nature of international mail.
