Baker Watches Fraudulent Advertisment Albuquerque, New Mexico

The Baker Watches web site advertised $1 (plus shipping and handling) for trial of its designer watches with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  When I received my Baker watch on 2/18/2015.  There was no instruction came with the watch, no warranty paper and the watch was not running.  The watch did not fit my wrist and no instructions on adjustment so I put it aside.  When I got my credit card statement, I found out I was charged $98.00, $49 for the watch and $49 for the Bakerwatches VIP program.  When I called the toll-free number on the web site, 866-692-9762 during the office hour and there was only recording.  I wrote to support@bakerwatches.com.  I was told there was no return and no refund.  This is contrary to the 100% satisfaction guaranteed stamp on the web site. The watches were advertised with 1 year warranty and “guaranteed to exceed your expectation in a luxury watch.”  When I cancelled my VIP membership after I found out the watch did not run, the company would not refund my membership.
