Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Balboa Capital Corporation are a gang of loan shark thieves that prey on small business owners. I went to BCC to provide lease funding on equipment used in our business. It was a nightmare and I hope posting this will prevent other small businesses to get ripped off. Their sales staff misrepresent terms, lie consistently and are not to be trusted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BALBOA CAPITAL. They love to litigate and play the heavy...and, despite any lip service, they will not settle on any terms. The Attorney General in California has named Balboa as defendant in lawsuit where they took advantage of Churches. more info found at http://balboaclassaction.com

I have done busienss with Balboa Capital for many years and found them of high integrity and easy to work with. My advice is read your prospective lease, and if you don't like something, mark it out and change it to your liking. If not accepted, then find another Lease comapny. Simple and everyone then wins.
