Balboa Capital Fraudulent, Deceitful, Shady business practices, they come up with a way to cover their lies Irvne California

I regret not doing more research on this company prior to getting my business loan. To make a long story short, our company for 2 months continuosly emailed our account rep at Balboa Capital to have them change the account where the daily withdrawals were coming from. They failed to respond to our numerous calls and emails and we ended up incurring bank fees, and they overchagred us. In addition, for months we have been asking them to provide us with balances of our account, because they calculations don't make sense, and all they have provided to us is a payoff report, which still is confusing and does not answer our question. We have reported them to the local BBB, the California Department of Justice, and the California Department of Business Oversight (this is the department that oversees financial institutions) and STILL they have not provided us with the correct information. To add insult to injury, they have been responding to the BBB and the Department of Business Oversight with lies. At this point, we are going to take them to small claims court. I don't think it's right that they're ripping off small businesses such as us and getting away with lying. If anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit, please let me know. I am also contemplating taking this to the media.
