For about 6 weeks daughter and fiance have tried to bring new apt up to code. Owner/manager lies, saying 'no problem, we'll fix everything' 'mold? we take it very seriously!' (nevermind that we all have breathing problems after being there just a few minutes!) How can they DARE to leave a place empty for YEARS, then fill it with brand new appliances saying they 'fixed' everything!!! LEAKY air conditioner! MOLD in kitchen and hallway from previous leaks - the black gunk is in plain sight - 'Oh no, we've take care of that!!!' is the response. That is nothing but a bald-faced LIE!!!

We have procedures and products in place to handle mold issues, and we encourage prompt reporting of such problems should they arise. We strive to create a great and healthy living environment for all our residents. We are proud of our community, and many long term residents have been happy to call Baldwin Pond Apartments home, for many years.
