Balloon Distraction inc Alexander Ben Restaurant scam internet Nationwide

This company was on a major tv show this week. Alexander Ben is a LLC in FL,but he is NOT a foreign corp.So how can he promote work in all the other states. According to him he has people working from  Fl to LA. He says they are sub contractors. The laws about sub contracting  are very thin. Then there are the employee lines. When you have people that you send out over and over this makes them employees.I use to work restaurants doing balloons many years ago. The restaurants need to be educated that these balloon twisters need insurance . Not just a unbrella policy but each with there own name on it. Then there are city business license. When they work they give out cards for parties, and they need business license for each city they work in. first of all if these people want to do this they do not need a company in FL permission since he has no legal rights in other states. And why would you want to do this, these people are employees by terms of use, and you are responsible to follow all the laws for employees. Its my personal opinion that he is selling you  a sham.And the IRS needs to look  hard at this company. It all looks like under ground economy to me.
