Bally Total Fitness ripoff Employees are Mistreated, No Raises, The worst company in the world to work for!!!!! Atlanta Georgia

as an ex-employee of btf i would like to add that the practice of too much work and not enough pay is not only happening in atlanta,but in california as well, i used to work for the corporate office in norwalk for 2 years, if finally had to quit due to not receiving a raise, i was told that i did not meet the criteria for a raise. now this is what i don't understand, how does a company justify raising their membership dues every year based on the cost of living, but does not give hard working employess raises for the same reason? and let me add if you have a membership that is paid in full and your paying renewal dues, you better believe your dues are going up every year, regardless of the condition your membership club might be in. i would also like to add that i am not a disgruntled ex-employee, i just think that it is sad that a company that is supposed to promote health and fitness has some of the most unhealthy club conditions and practices.
