Needless to say I have lived in Baltimore City for all but three of 55 years. Never have I seen it so bad regarding lack of nomal and expected services. I owned a home that was given a new construction tax break. It works like this, first year of ownership 50% reduction, second year, 40% and so on for five years. Each and every time, and although the city workers,(if that is what you call them) , insisted this tax rebate was automatic, I had to drive no less than 2 times to get them to send it out to me. In 2009 I sold this home, loosing over $100,000 in the process. I am due the last payment of $1946.58 for 2008. I have visited twice and called five times to get my last payment of owed taxes back. Honestly, I believe the city has no money to pay me. Yet, I see the workers joking, laughing, and having a good time, when I am out this money due.

The area they work, is a complete joke. Nothing worse than a certain color woman with an attitude. They have asked for each document to be faxed by my title company no less than three times. Each time insisting they received it, only to be told later, sorry its not here. Its such a joke, I almost want to laugh. I believe the news media, maybe Jane Miller with WBAL TV , needs to do an investigation on this problem. Our mayor Ms. Dixon is under criminal investigation for stealing, believed to have stolen gift certificates given to the city for the purpose of giving them to the poor. How low is that???? Plus her ex-boyfriend pleaded gilty and most likely will be a witness for the prosecution against her. Oh, did I mention he is a major builder in the city and has been awarded many city contracts. Smells alot here. 

So in closing , and if you plan on buying a home in Baltimore City, don't expect the tax break they promise you. Its all a big lie and joke. Now will the joke be on them come election time? Oh, Yeah, that will be all our getting even time. Now for the ladies with an attitude, I cannot wait until the day when you all get your pink slips. You are all nothing but fat pieces of crap, taking up office space, in Baltimore City. Now this is a true and accurate story, and one other thing I want to mention. I moved for three years to Cambridge, Maryland, and the city was sending my city owed home tax bill to an address I no longer was present. Hence, the taxes went unpaid for that year. I was told by a neighbor that my home was on the auction block in two months if I failed to pay. I went immediately to the city and paid the tax owed. That is how the corrupt , no good , idiots run this city. Not one notice was given to me, not one certified mail, although I owned many other properties in the city and they knew exactly where my new address was located to notify me. So for the ladies at the Assessment and Taxation Division of the city , kiss my big white arse. You day is coming ladies. Hope its real soon.
