After reading through many of the posts here, just wanted to say thanks to all post-ers for the info - I was due to have an interview with Bandeira Marketing today...

I live in the North East of England - I know many of these companies have been set up in America, but it seems we have more and more cropping up in England too.

Almost every UK job seeker website I have visited recently have at least three adverts on for one of the following companies - Bandeira Marketing, The Klub Advertising, Point Thirteen, 3 Sixty or Harlequin Marketing. The format is the same as the US companies - offering fabulous opportunities which are obviously too good to be true. I even received a call offering me an interview (from The Klub Advertising) that I hadn't submitted an application for.

Needless to say - I won't be attending any interviews for these companies. When I called Bandeira to inform them I wouldn't be attending (and explained I had researched the company) the Recruitment Specialist had no defence to the unethical and misleading recruitment process, and didn't deny the pyramid scheme involvement. She actually sounded a little suprised I had found this information out.

So - a warning to Bristish workers - don't be scammed by these incredulous, deceitful and unethical companies - they're not worth your time.

Bandeira Marketing
The Klub Advertising
Point Thirteen
3 Sixty
Harlequin Marketing

These are all the different UK companies I've uncovered so far - I hope this helps someone else :-)

After coming across this report concerning Harlequin Marketing Ltd, I thought I'd let you know that you may want to add this one onto your list: PrimusUK Ltd, a registered company in Nottinghamshire but with a head office in Manchester!
