Hindy accent man, keeps calling my landline and recently my cell phone nimber asking for access to my computer.

He claims to work for Microsoft, and supposedly they are getting error massages coming from my computer.

He is offering to help fix the problem by giving him access to my personal computer.

I already sent him to hell, but keeps calling back every 2 or 3 months. I recognize his heavy hindy accent, when he 

realizes I recognized him he hangs up! Im fed up with this guy, I looked up his number.
