Bank Of Albuquerque Charging fees when money is clearly Transfered into appropriate draft account on the same day. Albuquerque, New Mexico

There is a practice with the Bank of Albuquerque even though they let you know ahead of time that if you transfer money into one account to another on the same day they still charge you a bank fee.

What they are doing is making a cut off time of 10 pm that day for you not to transfer money into a payroll account, for example employees, and then charging you a fee anyway After explaining that I work the night shift to do this. This is an encroachment of my time for transferring monies into the appropriate accounts  all within the same day.

When asked why cant the get this done on their own time after midnight they gave no reasonable answer to me as a consumer. This is an automatic computer search not a finger data input task.
