Bank Of America rip me off by auto signing me up for online business suite Lancaster California

I was reading another ladies complaint about the same atrocities. I too was being charged $10.00 a month for an online business suite direct payment services that I never signed up for. I closed my business account with bofa back in 2007. I started receiving a charge for this account on my regular checking account in may 2008 and was charged for 4 months. I called them on it and they didnt have an answer as to why or who started this service.

What really makes me mad is how when I went online and checked my previous statements the charge of 10.00 never showed up unless I did a search for it. The women I spoke to said she was going to reverse the charges but could only go back 3 months. So bank of america has kept $10.00 of my hard earned cash for doing nothing at all. This is not the first time I have had problems with bofa but you can believe that it will be my last.
