To all online customers out there. Be careful if you go to staples.com and place an order at their One Hour PickUp Product. If they do not have it, even if the order is cancel by them; Bank of America will still charged your card. It happened to me two days ago and I am still waiting for the credit.

Your problem is with staples.com not with BOA. Since staples canceled this transaction, it's their responsibility to do it in a way that cancels the transaction on your card. BOA can't/won't eliminate the transaction until/unless staples.com tells them that they (staples.com) havecanceled and will not be requesting the money.
