Bank Of America ripoff "TOTAL SECURITY PROTECTION" on credit card is a fraud Norfalk Nationwide

My problem with BANK OF AMERICA started when Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals charged my credit card for a product that I had not ordered. This was an unauthorized trascation. Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals uses a very deceptive advertising practices to rip-off consumers. Their free sample advertisement on Television, where one has to pay only shipping ($4.95) turns into automatic orders. they will charge your credit card $69.95 without your authorization and then will refuse to refund your money.

I had to cancel my BANK OF AMERICA credit card to stop this fraud. Now I have one more problem because I was supposed to have on my credit card "TOTAL SECURITY PROTECTION", that is the way how BANK OF AMERICA advertise their credit cards (and I took it for that reason), they tell you that you are not liable for fraudulent nor unauthorized charges. Well when I call them to dispute this charge I found out very quickly that they will try very hard to make you accept responsibility for the unauthorized transaction. This is a nightmare!!!
