Bank Of America Extortion of overdraft fees, rip off, overcharged me from fraudulant company Keen Port Chester New York

Bank of America in Port Chester, NY has been trying to collect on a debt for $987.52 as a result of NSF or overdraft fees caused by the fraudulent company Keen in 2005; which was the year I originally opened the account. They have used NCO to intimidate me to pay it and I sent them and SBCS a certified "cease and desist" letter requesting them never to contact me or I will have legal aid sue their asses and that I am disputing the debt! The account was closed and they have ever since tried to use these debt collectors to harass me to pay the debt. I still refused to pay it and I am disputing the amount.

BOA is the worst bank out there and I will never trust them or use them to bank with ever again! They are the worst low life crooks who don't care about their customers and only are after your money! If you are a current BOA customer, close your account immediately and go to a different bank. because they will rob you blind! WATCH OUT!! I have been banking at two different banks with no problems and will never worry about overdraft fees or scams like BOA charges! There must be a class action lawsuit to stop these ruthless criminals in their tracks!
