bank of america as i continue to pay my bill the interest charge never changed salem Massachusetts
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
bank of america has been charging me the same interest amount since 2013. The interest charge doesn't change as i pay my balance off it always stays the same.
I have contacted them numerous times to find out why this is happening and they don't explain it in a way that makes sense. The tell me it depends on how many days in a month is why my interest charge doesn't change.
