Bank Of America CORPORATE THIEVES! San Jose California

To think of all those years I banked with BofA on blind faith without really reading my statements carefully. OMG! Now with online banking I am able to see in close to real time the dishonest and anti-consumer friendly manipulation of our funds which in my opinion is criminal intent to steal money from their customers.

They have hit my wife's account 3 times in the last 3 months for a $28 NSF charge which was reversed (they admitted bank error) as there were no pending transactions and a positive balance in her account! (I guess they just hope we overlook it!)

Now, 3 days ago they returned our rent check (funds were available) and hit us with a $28 fee (they again admitted error and reversed the charge) but will do nothing to cover the $50 our landlord is charging us for returned check and he has a strict 1 strike and your out policy (no more personal checks for rent)

They hold ATM deposits (the same check everytime) for inconsistant periods of time waiting for an opportunity to steal! They charge fees at non BofA ATM's just to check a balance! Then they charge another fee for the denial! (the money is there, they are just holding the check) just a little longer in order to extort as much as possible!

Bank of America has caused us many problems in the past and now looks as if they forced new problems on us to be dealt with in the future! They are a NIGHTMARE!

Please any of you lame and mindless B of A employees and sympathizers DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS! I do not want to hear your BS! I am voicing out to be heard and in hope that many others like me will come together in time with 1 voice to slay this evil giant! Maybe a class action suit is in order.

If you work for this bank I have no respect for you or your opinion so don't bother to post on this!

We will be closing our account with Bank of America today and will spread our story to everyone we know and many we don't far and wide for as long as we live!

God help justice prevail!
