Bank Of America BofA ripoff TAKES ADVANTAGE IN ANY WAY THEY CAN, TO FUNNEL TOTAL PAYCHECKS WHEN THEY CAN; VICTIMIZING LOWER INCOMES FOR BETTER PROFITS TO THEMSELVES! Tampa Florida, Valdosta Georgia

Bank of America has, on several occasions used situations & rearranged transactions which were already posted to our account, and deducted from our balance. I have gone online many times to view my balance & make sure bills have made it to the bank.

There have been times that I've realized I had made an error in subtracting, and there would be something over the balance that was available. Upon checking back, several times I have discovered that a larger check had magically of, been inserted in front of smaller, earlier posted items, causing as many as 5 or 6 overdrafts, & my account to be charged $30.00 fees.

Now, that has gone up to $33.00, and I have paid close to $700.00 in NSF fees during just the past 4 weeks. The reason being that once our deposit is there, most of it has gone to pay the NSF fees, as well as to pay Check Care and merchants for the checks that BoA returned.By the time I pay these fees, there have been previously scheduled bills paid, and the whole cycle starts again.
While I understand that BoA is not obligated to pay for my mathematical mistakes, it should be illegal for them to do everything they can to move items around to gross the largest profit from NSF fees possible.

I realize I should have closed this acct way before now, but I kept thinking that maybe I was being just ridiculously careless with my check-writing, etc. Then, I realized their pattern of moving transactions around in order to accrue so huge amounts of NSF fees. It is nearly impossible to recover before the next round hits.
BofA needs to pay for the way they RIP OFF accounts of people who are STRUGGLING FOR EVERY PENNY that is put into that bank!!

There will be those who have their pat little responses, and have had the luxury of not having to live dollar to dollar. I've heard all of the brain washed BofA excuses. Now I'm just working to get these lying, stealing people out of our lives, and their hands out of our pocket!!!!
