Bank Of America LIED, AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT Wilmington Delaware

I have made large payments in a timely manner to the bank of America for more than seven years. I was a police officer who was hurt in the line of duty which caused me to retire therefore lowering my pay. being a responsible person and customer I called B of A and asked them if I could lower my payment because my pay has changed due to my injuries.Jackie Moore a senior adviser said yes and that she could drop my interest rate as low as one percent.

she said I will check your credit to verify who you are. moments later she responded and said that a company that they work with will consolidate all of my bills and that this is my only choice.And then out off the blue she said " I just closed your account".I said you just stated that you just wanted to verify who I was in order to assist me.Jackie then said I checked your credit and you were late on your house note so I'm closing your account.

I stated "that is scandalous,even thought I am not late paying you".Jackie Moore said yes. and transferred me over to a unknown company who has not returned my call.What a Dirty way to due business to a customer who has paid on time for more than six years. To all of my Law enforcement brothers and sisters and other safety personal, If you get hurt on your job saving our country and you get retired because of your injuries there fore changing your income dont tell B of A .They don't give a Dam!!!!. They will close your account. Bank of America ,banks do close. should you not help what good customer you do have.
