Bank Of The West Hidden Fees Ottumwa Iowa

Changed to this bank a month ago. Keep having bank fees, so that it would cause overdraw. Then they charge $28, which would make it so I would never catch my balance up, causing them to add another $28 fee. I will be closing my account there after my last pay check is deposited this week. However, very afraid that by then there will be more fees, and since they get my paycheck before me, they have total access to my income.

I've talked to Sandy@ Bank of the West, and she says it's a system thing and all banks have charges. However, at my old bank never had any of these problems and I banked there for years. When I started this account I was told no fees as long as my paycheck was automatic deposited, which it is. I was misled and now paying the price.
