Bank One ripoff Okalhoma City Oklahoma

had a checking account wiht Bank one. Was supposed to be free checking as my social security check was direct deposited. In September of 2002 they began to take a service chage out of account wihtout telling me, so overdrafted a small check ( total was less then 10 dollars) well aftr all the fees from the bank this less then 10 dollar check has me having to pay over 150 dollars.

The collection agency that called was rude, promised to pay wiht christmas money i was going to recieve, well cant force ppl to send money for holiday on time, and had to have someone cash it for me as bank one wouldnt do it. on the 2nd of January collection agent called me again called me a liar, and cursed me out on phone ( he heard dial tone after i told him bank one is at the bottom of the list until someone else handled my account) He called here every day for months to collect money ( caller ID works wonders)

However problem is I am on check systems and can not get an account so check is mailed to house, not direct deposited)

I called the branch to complain about collector, the district office and national office, then called agency that had the account and talked to the mans supervisor ( this was directly after the january 2nd call) he continued o call, so got necessary things with money i recieved ( like food)

Bak one is still owed 150 dollars for the 7 dollar check i wrote and havent decided if i am going to pay it as of yet, although at this point might just so i can get an account soon ( direct deposit is so much easier for me) ever would recommend this bank as check is depsited every 3rd of every month and have had checks bounce on the 3rd. No idea how tha happened except they debit the account before crediting it.
