Bank Of America Accepts deposits, but gives you no ATM or Internet Access Charlotte North Carolina

In 2006, my Bank of America (BoA) ATM card stopped working one night. Without any warning, I was not able to access my account through a BoA ATM machine. Several days later, I was not able to access my Internet account.

The lack of access went on for more than six months and BoA did not fix it and would not assist me. At one point, I was told by a customer service rep to "get a new bank", which I promptly did and have been a happy customer of Citizen's Bank ever since. The most challenging experience for me, was that I could not close the account because they could not access it, even when I appeared in person at the branch office. I finally had to contact the Attorney General's (AG) Office to assist me in closing the account! This was ofcourse after they tried to fine me for various fees of which the AG's office had squashed.

BoA was my worst banking experience to date. I dislike them so much that I won't even go to events that they sponsor or the Bank of America Pavillion in Boston because I won't enter into any sort of relationship with them again.
