When I first got card I was told that I had 350.00 credit line I was not told about any charges they would decrease the credit line and did not know until I used the card every month I have had to pay overlimit I told them this they wait until you use it and then they stick their charges on you last month I paid my bill on the 1st I checked my balance on the 3rd then they did it again telling me that I went over on the 3rd So I decided towatch this month it is the 11th and they still have not put their charges on simply because they are waiting for me to use the card so they can stick me again so they can wait all they want i want to see what is their excuse this time If i dont go over on the 11th how do i go over on the 3rd. These people need to be taught a lesson I have been stuck every month since I had this card

Many unauthorized charges.
Just cancelled my card.
Was paid in full, but they state finance charges still apply.
Said they will bring balance to zero... we'll see.
Terrible customer service, can remember being on hold for almost an hour for a problem in the past, and getting charged for their "800 toll free" customer service line.
Big Time Rippoff.
