Platinum Values Rip off, unauthorized charges to bank account, fraudulent, Platinum Values ripoff scam Woodland Hills California

I noticed a charge of $29.00 on my bank statement about 4 months ago "Phone Authorized Pmt Platinum Values" as it said phone authorized I assumed my wife had purchased and authorized something via the phone.

The next month on the bank statement it was the same thing, this time I discussed it with my wife and we assumed it was a magazine we had subscribed to about two weeks before the previous months bill showed up.

The next month I got the bill for the magazine, so that now got ruled out, I asked my wife once again if she had purchased anything or authorized anything by phone she told me no, I waited for the bank statement and guess what there it was again.

I went down to the bank the next day on my lunch, I talked with a desk clerk who was apparrentley to lazy to do anything as he told me there was not much the bank could do, I went home and cancelled everything that might have a recurring charge to try and track where the charge was being generated.

4th month September 04, I called the banks customer service ctr rather than waiting for a statement and sure enough just like clockwork the transaction had processed again!

This time however the bank customer service rep. via the phone was very helpfull and told me she would credit my account pending a investigation. I will update when I find out more!
