BANKSAFEUSA ripoff:dishonest did not return refund that was promised Hoboken New Jersey

On Feb. 18th, 2007 my Sister past away and i went to her house to go though papers to find life ins and found this phone number to a company that said priority one i called it to find out what they were and they told me that they help find money that is owed you i told them that my sister had passed away the evening of there calling her they never told me enything about money they were going to take from her acct or going to help find enything owed her but on tuesday the 20th of Feb they debited her acct for $395.00 i started calling them and got ahold of a lady name Jennie and she told me that she would send a form to fill out for a refund and to send death certificate we did all that and still never got a refund and Jennie no longer works for the company now because she got smart and seen what they were doing to people, i have called several times and fianally on May 23rd 2007 i spoke with JIm Banks and Tom Gill and they said give them 24 hrs to check this out and they would call well no call so i call again and finally get through after many trys and they were so convincing that the check was going in the mail if not by that friday then June 4th well still no check today June 14th i investagated and found that this company is bogus they are stealing from use even the dead. what a shame i hope these people can sleep good at night from what they are doing.
