WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BANKSTON NISSAN!!!! I have had nothing but trouble from the point of sale of my vehicle to the servicing. I will make this short and brief. I have owned three Nissan Vehicle and I will never purchase another due to the way they treat their customers.

Nissan of North Dallas charged me $600.00 to replace two rubber hoses on my air conditioning unit. $300.00 of it was labor. They charged me $100 per hour for labor to replace two hoses. (It doesnt cost that much per hour to service a European vehicle). Either they had someone with some mental challenges servicing the vehicle, or they have some major efficiency problems. They agreed with me that the price was excessive however were not willing to credit any on the labor. They did not have to remove any type on engine part to access the HVAC unit. All they have to do was place two rubber hoses with four clamps. The service rep. and service manager were very rude and condescending. This $600.00 cost loyal Nissan customer future business on the front and back end.
I called and reported them to the Nissan and they stated there was nothing they can do and that each business is owned seperately.

Also when I purchased the vehicle form Bankston Nissan of Irving, the finance guy was talking of his escapades in the Asian Bath Houses in the Dallas Metro Plex. Very unproffesional. The visual wasn't pleasant either. Very Portley. The sales associate was upset becasue they were trying to take the sale away from her because she was a woman. Also the finance guy sold me a lease without my knowlege. He did not even mention a lease. Had me signing papers. (I admit that was my fault for not reading the fine print). He took my $2K deposit which was not reflected in the financing of my vehicle. Come to find out later he was prosecuted. Nissan would not disclose specifically, but he was somehow defrading the company via extortion.

Do me a favor and save yourself some drama. Do not Buy a Nissan!!! You are bound to get "SCREWED". Nissan will "NEVAH"- "EVAH" get another dime out of me!!! TRUST!!! I AM DONE!!!! Back to BMW.
