This individual uses propaganda to sell common stock shares in his company.  In particular proaganda created by religiuos organizations, about the Fukashima nuclear disaster in Japan.  He also uses unlicensed sales associates, whose sole function is to sell these common stock shares, for 20% commission, in violation SEC and California law.  

Evidently over one million shares have been sold to the public over the last three years.  $1,000,000+ dollars has been invested, and no investor has received any return on investment.  The company is is practically insolvent, with sales of their one product, of less than 500 pill bottles, in over  three years.

They claim to have a product that reduces excess heavy metal and excess radiation in the body.  The product claims are largely unsubstanciated by any major study.

Investors are being shamed into believing that this product has huge global demand, and has the power to create millions of dollars in revenue, and take the company public, thus making huge returns on investment. The company offers 20% of the worldwide profits of this product, now called FolimPX, it has been renamed twice.  Again, there have been no distributions to investors, the company has sold less than 500 pill bottles in over three years.  Where is the overwhelming global demand?  

Babry Oren is a crook.  BAO Health Resources Corp, is an ellaborate scam.  Do not work for him he will steal your clients and run you off, because you will have no recourse, when you are selling a security without a license.

Do not buy his $1.00 stock shares, you will never see a return on investment, anything like what he projects, if anything at all. BAO Health Resources did not perform as projected in raising over $1,000,000.00 over the last few years.  No distributions to stock holders, and no profits have been recorded by this company.  The company has very little overhead.  Where did all that money go?  Really?  The public has a right to know.

Publish a financial statement Mr. Oren.  Document your use of proceeds, and have it audited.  I will then gladly withdraw this report and issue a public apology.  Until then, you are a crook and your company and product are a scam.  Who knows, John Q Public could get the same health results offered by your FoliumPX product, by eating the pine bark off a tree?
