The online company BAR CAREERS that advertises itself as a "placement" firm for Bartenders IS A RIP OFF!

I contacted them after seeing a job notice "seeking bartender".  I called and it was a Bar Careers rep that told me if I signed up with them that they could find and place me in great bartending positions all over the country.  I signed up with them for $98.90.  As soon as I signed up they requested that I fill out their information and take their "bartenders quiz" which I did.  Next they told me, "Oh you need to get the names, phone number and managers names of all the places you would like to get a job in and PROVIDE THEM FOR US, then we will contact them and facilitate an interview".  I told them that I had paid them to do just that!  The woman I spoke with kept trying to get me to provide them that information.  Finally after getting no where, no job listings, no interviews NOTHING.  I called to cancel.  They kept trying to talk me out of it.  When I said "No, I want to cancel".  They said, "OH you cannot cancel, you have not given us 30 days to TRY and place you."  I told them I didn't care, that they needed to refund my card."  When I got my bank statement, I found out that not only did they not cancel my account after asking multiple times, but they waited until the "30th" day rolled around and charged my credit card again, for "service charges" even though I had been requesting a refund.  THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!  THEY ARE TRAINED TO REFUSE YOUR REQUEST THAT THEY DO THE SEARCH AND PLACEMENT, TO REFUSE YOUR REFUND OR TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT.  They are all over the internet....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
