barclay/juniper credit card I disputed chrges that was eroniously charged to my acct. They replied that they had but did not I them not to allow any charges more from same company but they allowed it anyway. wilmington, Delaware

I have not used my card since January, 2011. I have sent them $100.00 every month , $700.00
and my bill has not gone down. I cut up my card and sent it back.
They keep adding purchases which were not made.
