All of the accusations made by the reporting party can be unequivocally proved to be false and extremely defamatory. These comments were made maliciously and were intended to injure Bardi Toto, personally, and her company, in its trade, office and profession. As such, they are defamatory per se.

Bardi Toto has the biggest heart on the internet. She gives without expectations. These Individuals would not and I mean would not lay their name and reputation out there on the line for a scammer.

Why is "Steve" posting using "Bardi's" account? Christian business people, and those writing to support them, would also do well to skip the drum beating on how Christian they are when responding to complaints. It just makes them look even more like scammers, hiding behind religion.

When Bardi joined abunza she was seeking a home based business because her husband of only 8 months suffered a brain injury. After discovering Abunza was a scam, she up and left immediately. She could not work for a company with no morals and ethics. At the time she joined she thought Abunza was a travel company with travel vouchers. It was to our surprise that the company did not allow their travel vouchers to be used outside the united states. Before accusing someone and assuming things, you should go to her. She doesnt hide on the internet. She helps many not for profit organizations for free and has a huge giving heart. She is loved by many.
